In keeping with our eclectic approach, we have used a wide variety of pedagogical approaches and development tools. Adult Learning/Andragogy/Cognitive Learning theories form the basis for most of the courseware development. However, we have used Social Constructivism and Anchored Instruction to develop courseware that is more exploratory and inductive in nature. Component Display Theory and Cognitive Load Theory are considered for all courseware to ensure that content is presented for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
